Are you saying that judges have always deemed the SEC's complaints factual and above board? You do know that the SEC has lost cases right? In those complaints the SEC did display some items that were not factual. One of the posters here displayed an action that the SEC brought against a company in which the judge said that some of the info was not factual in his opinion ,so just because any entity submits a claim doesnt mean that every word is factual. Why is it that failed cases that the SEC has brought in which they have lost are so hard to find?
