I think we confuse who is short,keep in mind aturd HOLDS your shares in pepoles accs.Hedges and other business that short have accs. with aturd.Now if aturd alows others to get into trouble and theres no accountability to make them to settle then there is a problem between aturd and the DTC when certain stocks ask for a cert pull.This is where it gets interesting when the DTC gives out say 100 million shares in certs and in ATURDs accs. there is needed 300 million shares needed to go to individuals.Now ask the question who has to cover? answer ( DTC,ATURD, SEC FED RES)
