Just spoke with Scottrade. They received over 1100 certs and are in the process of verifying everying. They believe they will be finished with that process by next week. For bookkeeping purposes, they will post the stock to your account and the same day remove. This is so they have a record of having recieved the shares. At which time they will send the certs the their respective owners. There will NOT be an additional charge for sending out the certs to the owners.
