Just so Scottrade doesn't try to jerk me around I added $200 cash extra to my account just in case they wanted a fee to mail the certs out. I can see them getting it and then holding it and claiming they can mail them to me until there is X amount of cash handy so they can processes the certs to mail to me. I have lost all trust with the big three firms.
