No offence to you whatsoever, but could you please explain this portion of your last post, how did you come by this information ?? Who is sharing with the SEC ??

If the scope of the internal investigation was complete, then most likely, yes.
Of course I believe that they're sharing information with the SEC. But the SEC expects companies, audit committees, etc. to get a handle on the issues. They expect them to conduct internal investigations, share results, and take remedial actions if/when necessary. In these days of SOX regulations, I imagine it can be tedious though.

The SEC can take as long as they want, as we know from other companies examples.
