futuristic if you were on the Audit Committee would you announce in advance of the SEC findings? Get real. They are sharing everything they find with the SEC and asking if they want anything else. To do otherwise is to believe in the Tooth Fairy. The bad/heavy decisions is the SEC castrating a CPA for not reporting what they found. The current Director/Audit Committee would have no horse in the race so they are going to be very hard on the past company Officers and Directors
