If the scope of the internal investigation was complete, then most likely, yes.
Of course I believe that they're sharing information with the SEC. But the SEC expects companies, audit committees, etc. to get a handle on the issues. They expect them to conduct internal investigations, share results, and take remedial actions if/when necessary. In these days of SOX regulations, I imagine it can be tedious though.
The SEC can take as long as they want, as we know from other companies examples.
