SPIN, should I infer from your post that you assign zero revenues to RAND licensing?

SPIN,

I don't think many people outside Wave understand what Wave is doing. They are being paid to be in the box and they are also capturing momentum from services resulting in long term revenue. Once others start to see the benefits of Wave's space, they will gladly pay a premium.

There will be billions of deployed devices in 10 years, if Wave got a dollar for each one, they will be huge. Wave intends to get more than a dollar for 30% of them. I think they have the capability to do so and they no longer need to sell, prospects are calling them. They are delivering, meeting delivery times, redeveloping and supporting to meet specific demands, and continue to move forward.

We don't know 10% of what's going on. We are clueless, and many of us certainly act that way. I am in the camp that believes in a few years Wave will be doing very well. If the stock goes up or down in the mean time, whatever. The end result is what I'm looking for. If I was to trade-out, I might miss an announcement that drives the stock. Wave certainly has the capability to announce news quickly as the lanscape changes constantly.

If you wish to complain, and sell, go for it. Good luck, but a lot of people here aren't interested in your details. The picture I focus on is Wave's progress, not your buy and sell points. No offense, but I really don't care about the numbers right now. I am interested in the numbers in Q3 and Q4 of 2004. THAT'S ALL. If you wanted break-even revenues today from sales made in July and August, you haven't been really educated on Wave, and their timeline, and you should have saved yourself some time by investing 6 mos from today.

Spin you are a wonderful writer, but your trading slip is showing.

It's obvious to us that you buy low, sell high, short high, rinse and repeat.

SPIN, a company that beleived Wave has great potential and is starting to make inroads on the potential would want to buy Wave if they could especailly at only a $40MM premimum in your example.

Also a company with large net income that could utilize Wave's NOL's may also be interested and would be icing on the cake. Where I work, I've seen deals go through where one of the big reasons they want to buy is that the target has NOL's that may be utilized. Bottom line, having $260 MM in losses does not mean that no one would be interested in acquring Wave and in fact may be seen as a postive attribute.

SPIN: I'd be grateful to read your understanding of "RAND licensing." Not just a conclusion, please, but an explanation. Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,
John
