SPIN, a company that beleived Wave has great potential and is starting to make inroads on the potential would want to buy Wave if they could especailly at only a $40MM premimum in your example.

Also a company with large net income that could utilize Wave's NOL's may also be interested and would be icing on the cake. Where I work, I've seen deals go through where one of the big reasons they want to buy is that the target has NOL's that may be utilized. Bottom line, having $260 MM in losses does not mean that no one would be interested in acquring Wave and in fact may be seen as a postive attribute.
