A commentary beyond sad to say the least, nevertheless very plausible sounding. Except I think it's even worse. I think the emu will sell for next to nothing to whatever schmucks think they can get something out it (which is now pretty obvious, otherwise, he could just as easily sign the whole thing over to his younger siblings or kids or grandkids or whoever whatever and let them play it out if it were truly worth upwards of hundreds of billions). Hell, a foundation for his alleged cancer research and or other charities could become the owners and the company has shown for decades it has what it takes to keep the fight going. After all, anything truly worth that much money and power, would be far more worth continuing the fight for no matter how long it too, turning it over to a younger generation......becsuse of the future potential for good.......... BUT.......................

Profit, I appreciate all of the thought you put into your post. You may even be correct, as I have no hard data to rebut your opinion piece. I will admit that it is frustrating to be this close to the climax of something long hoped for, and yet see the share price languish as it has done. Still, I remain guardedly optimistic that VPLM shareholders will be rewarded for their patience. We are just one major announcement away from transforming everyones' doubts into elation. I have seen this stock skyrocket on positive news before, and it can happen again! GLTA.

Gotta disagree with you big time on this one Prophet. No way VP came this far to settle for nothing and if that were the case, no way amazon (or anyone else) is going to pay anything for that.

I do think Amazon is a buyer in waiting on these MG cases, which may be why we have the new RBR cases against tmob & V.

IMO, the best/most valuable outcome for ALL shareholders, is a Verizon trial win, which to my knowledge is still on the calendar for Aug 19th. That would absolutely put VP in the driver seat with Tmob.

We've come this far, we're soo close to trial, what VP has always wanted, a fair day in court.
