A commentary beyond sad to say the least, nevertheless very plausible sounding. Except I think it's even worse. I think the emu will sell for next to nothing to whatever schmucks think they can get something out it (which is now pretty obvious, otherwise, he could just as easily sign the whole thing over to his younger siblings or kids or grandkids or whoever whatever and let them play it out if it were truly worth upwards of hundreds of billions). Hell, a foundation for his alleged cancer research and or other charities could become the owners and the company has shown for decades it has what it takes to keep the fight going. After all, anything truly worth that much money and power, would be far more worth continuing the fight for no matter how long it too, turning it over to a younger generation......becsuse of the future potential for good.......... BUT.......................
OF COURSE NONE OF THAT'S GONNA EVER HAPPEN AS HE KNOWS AND HAS KNOWN FOR YEARS AND YEARS THAT THE PATENTS ARE NOT VIABLE, AT LEAST NOT ON ANY LEVEL SUCH AS WHAT THE COMPANY TOUTEE AND CRIED FROM THE ROOFTOPS FOR ALL THESE YEARS IN ORDER FOR THE KING AND QUEEN AND HIS LOYAL SUBJECTS TO HAVE MADE AND WHAT THEY STILL HAVE YET TO MAKE............ON THIS SHARE SELLING, NON FIDUCIARY, SELF ENRICHMENT SCHEME. NO BOUT-A-DOUBT-IT! .

I've seen this coming for over 10 yrs ever since I saw the blatant lies they put out in all those lying PRs that promise the world and the galaxy. It all fits together quite nicely now...

So much for super lawyer hup to it Hudnell and the super judge who had to be admonished for stealing all the cases and so much for the rocket Docket. And the rest of the army of lawyers there's been, all super lawyers of course.

Maybe you shouldn't have accepted the BIG RENEGE they pulled in 2013 and forced all this down your throat, so to say.
