The end game is near!! I have not posted for awhile but that does not mean I stopped beating the bushes for information that might give me a clue as to where we are headed. First, there will be no trials IMO. I am expecting settlements with Verizon and Tmus similar to the ones the company completed last year with various other defendants. There will be little or no money exchanged with these settlements IMO. I know what you are saying, "how is that possible Prophet?' One only look at Tmus recent filing on July 8th regarding VPLM's new expert witnesses. There were three new experts listed but Tmus singled out Brida for his method at arriving at damages of 133 million which is a far cry from what we were being told by the company of 2-3 billion. That small amount of damages if even awarded thru trial would not even move the needle on the share price not to mention the amount of time and money the company would have to expend while waiting for the defendants to exhaust all appeals. So I am expecting settlements sometime between now and August 19th with no or little money and NDAs attached. Sounds pretty depressing doesn't it but don't fear. For Emil it has always been about selling the company. He is in his early seventies and wants this over as bad as we do. In addition it is the only way for him to sell his billions of shares. So without big money from current defendants how does it get done? I believe (I have no insider information on this) that all these NDA settlements have something in them which would make them attractive to a potential buyer like licensing agreements which would give the acquirer an immediate revenue stream. I also believe that Amazon could be that potential buyer. It is too strange that there has not been a filing by Amazon since early February of this year in Albrights Court nor has Albright established a Court date for this litigation. Amazon has deep pockets, wants to get in the telecom business and could really use VPLM's European and India patents. Lastly, on every ones mind is how much would we receive per share. I think it will be less than what it would have been had we received a couple of billion from each defendant but again that is not going to happen. A couple of things going forward in our favor is Amazon or the potential acquirer is probably buying as many shares on the open market at these levels ( I asked Emil if defendants were allowed to buy our stock and he said without hesitation, Yes! Second, if the offering price seems too low, Emil can always give back some shares to bring that number up (ie less shares the higher the price). In Summary, after waiting all this time for these two trials in hopes of winning and seeing a nice bump in the pps, it just ain't going to happen IMO. But remember Emil wants out and I believe he has been orchestrating it for the last couple of years with NDA's and the addition of key advisors and that it happens this year. The aforementioned theory was established with critical thinking and evaluating the limited information available to shareholders. Don't shoot the messenger. the prophet
