Griffin and citadel did admit that spoofing isn’t accepted practice whether illegal or not they do it on many stocks. We’ve already proven in the case that spoofing did exist 3000 cases how many of them were Griffin remains to be seen but being the largest of the market makers I’m sure, they have a proportionate amount of spoofing cases. Even the judge admits in this case there was spoofing, but it’s up to Northwest bio to prove damages once the motion to dismiss is denied. We will see if and how quickly Citadwl wishes to settle.

It doesn't matter if poly-iclc was approved or not. Data from hundreds of patients from the Compassionate use program will warrant the approval of DCVax-L in combination with Poly-ICLC based on RWE/RWD. There must be a reason the filing package is 1.7m pages. Keytruda should be adopted as off-label drug based on the combo trial.
