Yes flipper; plus the defendants in their very first submission self admitted to spoofing and said they only profitted about $64M; they implicated their hedgies I guess those of themselves CDELs, midwestern transgender hfs and/or Aussie Hamptons were their clients for whom they did or allowed the spoofing. I am putting a lot of money in this stock believing in DcVaxL approval and the Courtcase MTD denial win both... all by the end of July the earliest.

Stating the markets would crumble if spoofing wasn’t allowed is a tacit admission that they spoof.

Stating at one time they were on the “wrong side” of a spoof, is a tacit admission they spoof.

The biggest challenge in the lawsuit isn't the admission that they spoof/ are spoofing/ spoofed(?).
Its providing evidence that damages have been endured and to what extent.
