No. All NWBO has stated as facts is that there were limit sell orders that were not executed and the same MM who placed them purchased shares immediately after, That does not make for spoofing in itself. Sorry if you do not understand how markets work.

No. The Judge has stated that if NWBO assertions are true they have sufficient grounds to go to discovery.
