FACTS, there may have been, and probably were NDA's in place, if the partnership talks ever had a day 1. If not, no, no NDA's ever existed. You don't know, so peddle your bashes elsewhere. I respect opposing views, where facts are used, not just hater's conjecture. I'm speculating myself, with simple logic and business practice, that environment you obviously know nothing about.
