FU little boy, try proving there never was an NDA. You don't know business for squat, and while this 'may' be a scam, it's obvious you'll never be the one to first know it.

There's always some real facts folks don't like, and saying you don't know for sure, that was accepted by this board with your first posts.

FACTS, there may have been, and probably were NDA's in place, if the partnership talks ever had a day 1. If not, no, no NDA's ever existed. You don't know, so peddle your bashes elsewhere. I respect opposing views, where facts are used, not just hater's conjecture. I'm speculating myself, with simple logic and business practice, that environment you obviously know nothing about.
