#82034 RE: I ll be back #82032

While I haven't seen anything the company has done that I believe was fraudulent (failure is not a crime , failure is just failure), if the company did do something illegal I believe your assessment from action taken and if successful is spot on.

Seems like a no win situation if the company is unable to deliver.
- "the only financial winners will be the lawyers"
- "the shareholders who get the opportunity to watch the CEO stand before a judge. (doesn't recoup any of their loses)"
- "the best shareholders will get will be tax write off under a fraud claim. Spoiler, its a full write off as opposed to a partial spread out over several years" Guess you could consider this a minor victory, but if the plaintiff knew this was a scam for years (as they claim) wouldn't they have been further ahead if they sold long before the RS.
- "you're in for a LONG rid.

Lose everything if the company fails completely, lose even more if you wasting money on attorneys trying to get blood from a stone.

I think good luck would be that the company actually delivers before enacting massive dilution, rather then a lawsuit.

But that is just me.

Karma tried to make a point last night, but it must have flown over someone's head. Haste is waste!

Karma is tired of trying to clean up others' due diligence. Karma doesn't like doing this, but no matter who, Karma feels compelled to clean stuff up. As much as Karma likes to volunteer with providing due diligence to shareholders, Karma also like accurate due diligence being posted. It doesn't look good when you're trying make a point or express a concern.

Therefore, please stop referring to some other guy's wife (Carla) with no relation to Snpw or CaC Realty. Please do better due diligence when it comes to CaC Realty and the owners names on file and whose wife is this and that.

What bugs me, first, Karma's due diligence, posted for years, looks like it is being used to pound away at the same SEC complaint drum. But, then some of the stuff, being posted, not from Karma, is also not accurate. It's not a good look when due diligence is not accurate.

Karma has been beaten up in here, numerous times, for posting due diligence and opinions, that nobody wanted to believe, until it cam true months or even 1-2 years later. She won't bore you with a list.

If you do any due diligence, and want to confirm anything before posting, you can always check with other posters, privately, first. There's nothing wrong with sharing information amongst ourselves, whether pro or con the current state of affairs and past business performance and tactics. Karma always welcomes the cheerleaders to reach out if they have any questions related to anything Karma posts. Or, for that matter, reach out to correct anything Karma posts.

At the end of the day it's all about transparency and the truth. There's not much out there (zero financials & disclosures updates), so always do your own due diligence. It's tougher, now, for shareholders, in the dark, with no filings, other than the 4000:1 R/S 8-K, for almost 8 straight months.

my opinions are just that

good luck
