VI, I think you're right on the money in all that you're saying. While it's remote, I do believe it's possible that in the UK submission the company presented sufficient information for consideration of a tumor agnostic label, with confirming trials required to maintain that label. That to me would be a major game changer and looking at the exhibit the company's had at various conferences I suspect the company has taken a shot at achieving that tumor agnostic label.

I suspect that there is another way that the company could gain substantial funding rather quickly. Becoming the primary supplier of DCVax-L in much of the world should be worth something, but also licensing the rights to do so with the EDEN unit ought to be worth substantially more. I still believe that CRL is set up to be the supplier in much of the world, outside the UK, and under the right terms could pay NWBO for the privilege of doing so. Of course this would require the EDEN being approved to make the vaccine, I'm sure it will happen, I don't know when.

Of course this makes the assumption of worldwide approvals beyond the UK. Once we have the UK approval I'm of the belief that the rest will fall in line quickly if the EDEN is ready. If not, the question may be, who would consider creating individual small cleanrooms for manually making DCVax-L knowing they'll be replaced with EDEN units shortly. I suspect they're already waiting for the EDEN rather than making a massive investment.

1.The actual value of anything is whatever a party is willing to pay for it. It doesn't matter what we think it's worth if we're not the persons/party putting the chips on the table. If no one is willing to talk at a given price, then that means the company isn't worth that much. Furthermore, potential large investors or partners have way more powder in the chamber than NWBO (who keep taking massive loans at high interest) and are more than willing to wait things out. That's what a lot of people on here are completely failing to understand. They don't need to adapt new innovative treatments. They're making their money. That won't change until their partnership and deals with hospitals and insurance companies are in jeopardy. The onnus is on management to put in the effort to be noticed because big pharma is happy with how things are and can easily maintain the status quo.

2/3. If NWBO mgmt had any sense, they'd not turn their nose up to "just a check book." They need connections to enter the large cap space. They need funding, they need buybacks, and off those buybacks they need to offer equity to BP at a reasonable (for both parties) price to get them invested in the success of the company. BP is a big club and right now NWBO isn't in it.

4. I strongly agree with your point about being in OTC. Many have tried to spin being on OTC as a good thing as if it's some how protecting the company's value, but we're closer to an all time low than we are to an all time high since being on OTC. Investors need to pull their heads out of their asses and demand more from management.

Upon approval of the MAA, and confirmation of extraordinary response to the DCVax/hiltonil/keytruda combo, whether licensing, partnership, or just a symbiotic relationship such as the remora fish with sharks, nwbo will do well.

The question might become: which is the remora and which is the shark, keytruda or DCVax? :-)

Have been saying that for don’t know how long . They need big players involved , either financial or BP . There is no other way out in my opinion

Gary,
I believe it's possible that a BP could buy 120 million shares (+\- 10% of the current float) for, say, $1.2 billion and the announcement could say that price/sh represented a mutually agreed current valuation of $10/share. The announcement would also recognize that the current 75 cents per share was a manipulated price.
Assume such a deal gave the buyer some advantages it valued, such as priority access to product/process, a right of refusal to buy another 10% tranche at $20/share in 12 months, and insider knowledge of future development plans along with a board seat. BP management could go to its BOD and convince them they are buying into an oncology-market-owning technology that may be worth $50 to $100/sh in the future, so the equity bet would be a home run by itself, but the real payoff would be owning a dominant market position for possibly decades to come.
NWBO shareholders would get an immediate bump up in price and fortune. NWBO would get loads of cash on the balance sheet for future manufacturing and product development and the ability to uplist immediately. Plus, NWBO would remain independent unless and until a really big dollar deal was put on offer.
This is just a bare-bones scenario with lots of other possibilities that would benefit patients, shareholders, and potential buyers, plus be small enough in size to be easily and quickly doable.
I've been involved in a few dozen deals, both public and private, where starting with small equity steps is the only risk-acceptable way to eventually get to the big deal that both (or multiple) parties can envision."

VikingInvest Great and interesting point of view. All summed up by the last sentence:
"IMHO, we are in dire need of getting the right BP partner to maximize the value of our incredible platform."
