When approval comes, the money comes… from many sources. Banks will make loans when projections of sales demonstrate the ability to pay back the loans. The court case will likely be monetized… in a big way. Set asides for immediate use after approval are available on a need based model payment method in the UK if NICE reimbursement is not available yet. So there is a pathway forward already in place.
