Sorry to see you go. I continue to try to persuade Mark about how misguided this plan is. He could have really benefitted from having loyal shareholders who he was treating well.

I know there are a few longs that sold over 80 million shares. Too Bad Mark filed for a R/S when momentum was high. I know a few big players on the sidelines waiting for Mark to released the news after the strike was over. They left after he announced the R/S. Boy he destroyed his shareholder base.

as posted, i'm still holding all my legacy shares (from 2012 flipping),
just to see what happens,
betting primarily on my confidence that mark does, in fact,
want to produce films with the IPs.

but that's against my proverbial "better judgement."
they are zero cost basis, with long-term cap gain status,
but if mark does dilute en masse post-RS
then def better to dump now at any price.

time will tell how it plays out.
