Mark doesn’t really give a shit about his “shareholder base”. He never has. He just finally had to reveal his hand.

At this point it is about attracting new “marks” (pun intended).

That is what the RS does…it wipes out existing/legacy shareholders and starts over on a new batch using a new name, ticker symbol and share structure.
