Would the half-lives of 3-71 and its metabolite be the same in both mice and humans, or would they be "sped up" in mice because of the a higher metabolism?

The metabolic rates and renal and hepatic waste clearance rates of rats can’t be much different from humans. But if they are, I don’t see that it would make much difference. In fact, if rats metabolized or cleared Anavex 3-71 faster than humans, it means that humans would have even better and longer duration outcomes with the drug.
