The reason I say the argument that he missed all but 2 of the 2022 goals is as follows:
1. We KNOW he missed some of them. The naming of the foundry partner, and tech transfers, for example
2. It was in his and shareholders best interest for him to have confirmed them, and he had no incentive to not generically confirm them, but he refused to do so.
3. The argument against his reason for not reviewing them -- they attained "Commercial market acceptance" is strong. This is fleshed out more in the Top 3 Red Flags sticky.
This is the WHY my conclusion has strength. I don't KNOW that it is the right conclusion but I believe it because the 3 reasons above are stronger than their counter-arguments.
