Very quickly…I’m out and about but checking in.

#3…I think the language he used was not providing new 12 month goals because of “market acceptance”. Not that he couldn’t review the previous goals because of the “market acceptance”.

1. We KNOW he missed some of them. The naming of the foundry partner, and tech transfers, for example

Sad…. Just sad. The naming of the foundry was not ever mentioned as something Lightwave said they would have to do.

So we are down to one fact missed for sure ie 1 tech transfer.

But you said they missed all but 2 goals in 2022.

So “in fact” (if you want truth and if you want fact) you build your case completely on inferences not discrete knowable facts.

An IQ test is required here. See if you can pass. Put the following in the correct order of least known to best known.

Fact, premise, inference, model, theory, verification, hypothesis, empirical data, .

you can believe something is true even if you know it is not.

Oops. I think I haven’t got that quote quite right but it explains a lot of what is posted on this board.
