Zip, I don't know what Amarin intends to do in either legal preceding. We should see a schedule for oral arguments before to long in Amarin v Hikma. I think the appeal is fully briefed. I don't really understand what DRL/Hikma are trying to accomplish with the Sherman act suits. Without that information I don't have an opinion on what it would be worth to make it go away. Sleven,
Zip. Legal action can get VERY expensive unless you have someone like Marjac going to bat for you / us . AMRN has shown no interest in sueing for infringement ...despite Marjac doing a lot of work on the issue He just needed " standing " correct ? to represent AMRN and us shareholders ...and they declined .
Mediation in my very limited experience ...and I'll defer to Marjac on this ...is when the judge says ..." you two are going to run up legal bills far in excesses of the likely amount awarded . Stop wasting my time , the courts time and your clients money ...and work out a deal "
