N7; sometimes the best defense is having a good offense. Maybe if DRL/ Hikma submit the Sherman Act, Amarin will back down on infringement?

Frankly, IMHO, Alex Denner is not interested in pursuing “infringement.” Remember the court dismissed Hikma from wrongful doing, but did allow the infringement trial to proceed against HealthNet?
