Zip. Legal action can get VERY expensive unless you have someone like Marjac going to bat for you / us .
AMRN has shown no interest in sueing for infringement ...despite Marjac doing a lot of work on the issue
He just needed " standing " correct ? to represent AMRN and us shareholders ...and they declined .

Mediation in my very limited experience ...and I'll defer to Marjac on this ...is when the judge says ..." you two are going to run up legal bills far in excesses of the likely amount awarded .
Stop wasting my time , the courts time and your clients money ...and work out a deal "
