If the settlement is really large (say $1B or more), I hope that half will be used to finance further trials speedily as needed, The other half of the settlement should be given back to shareholders as a cash dividend. Imagine, $500M dividend would amount to about some 47cents per share. That is almost triple what some paid for their shares at 17cents. And you still have all of your shares for the huge future capital gain yet to come.
