Yes I agree eagle8. When Cohen Milstein gets a large settlement then that will send a message for sure. If we go to trial and win then that creates a new area of case law which establishes even stronger protection for firms against this type of manipulation. There's zero downside for the plaintiffs Northwest Biotherapeutics.
