That is a tax. Rather in shares to people damaged during the spoofing episodes. Why does a new shareholder get rewards.

I would rather see a stock buyback since the manipulation forced dilution. That would hurt the shorts more since the share price would most likely move higher than 47 cents.

We should use the settlement for a share buyback not to fund trials or issue a special dividend.

The manipulation caused much dilution therefore it's only correct that the funds be used to reduce the authorized share count.

It will not be hard for us to raise funds for more trials.
