I'm not going to do the math. This thread started when one of you Stalwarts said that when Thiel goes into production, bitcoin mining can start

This was said without knowing how much gas Thiel will produce if or when it starts, Or without out knowing how much gas it will take to run a bitcoin mining operation.

Funny thing. The AGYP thing is full of words and terms that makeit easy to make fun of.

AGYP = The Gyp, or A-gyp.

Monthiieth = Monthief

Bitcoin Mining = BM

It takes an estimated 1,449 kilowatt hours (kWh) of energy to mine a single bitcoin. That's the same amount of energy an average U.S. household consumes in approximately 13 years. Given the high amount of energy needed to mine bitcoin, it can be a costly venture to get into.
