The value of the shares at the time was about $3.5M. Yet the debt was essentially unchanged. IMO it is just simple theft. They stole our shares because they could......no different than if our bank took our money because it can.

Interesting that this theft and lie came at the same time they decided to drop the audits.....because an audit would show it to be a "gift" to management.
