And yett the financials do nott show any pre-existing debt owed to LEVERTON and do nott show any reduction in debt from issuance of more than 10 percent of the common AS to LEVERTON.

So now you see why The Clownshow is deathly afraid of any more audits.

This is a serious disclosure violation. Dan and Liz at OTCM will be innerested in the splanation for this when the annual report is uploaded.
