Sharp's last objection to dismiss was in May. Thank you for highlighting it for the board BTW. The very next court filing was the resubmitted motion to dismiss by EVLI a WEEK LATER on June 1st. Last time I checked, June still comes after May.
This is also incorrect.
Sharp didn't win a judgement. That is silly.
EVLI filed another motion to dismiss on 8/9/22 which was deemed "moot" by the judge, because the previous motion to dismiss filed on June 1st, was not objected to by Sharp.
According to Sharp (not just my opinion) the reason he hasn't filed any objections or any other filings with the court in over two months, is because he has decided against any further litigation in court for custodianship and has also abandoned negotiations with Blankenship as well.
He clearly states this in his open letter to Blankenship dated June 16 2022.
Sharp did say he would accept an unconditional surrender of EVLI from Blankenship, but that seems unlikely considering that Blankenship has fought Sharp in court for over a year to maintain control of EVLI.
Let me correct you here as well.
EVLI has a lawyer. The same one that they have had for quite awhile.
Anyone wanna guess how I know?
Because, he just submitted a filing with court a few days ago.
