He was quoted in the press release about being more transparent with investors. No credibility after not following through. We will see when the vote totals as are released, but I assume those who voted in favor of retaining the board still control a vast majority of ZIVO. No need for them to follow through on promises to minority shareholders. People on this board make noise, but I assume collectively own less than 1% . The vote totals will be telling.
