Old news for me and irrelevant as it relates to ZIVO.

Maggiore and his family are quite well off and own multiple business. It is no surprise to see him expand his business empire. He's been an investor in ZIVO I'd imagine at least 15+ years ...... all while building his own businesses ..... kept ZIVO alive in the worst of times ..... and continued to invest in it up to as recently as a few months ago.

He's in it because he believes same as me. Billion dollar opportunity. He's put his money where his belief lies. Is he right ? Time will tell.

A sale of the company? Don't know. But seriously doubt he needs the money.
