I agree that ZIVO .... and Maggiore have lost some credibility at this point.
At the same time though, Maggiore being on the board was part of ousting Dahl. The board took action. Maybe the damage or lack of movement from Dahl was greater than expected and board has been busy setting the ship right. I don't know for certain.
I wanted to hear that from Payne yesterday assuming there would be a CEO address to shareholders. As I said, I am pissed that Payne did not at least introduce himself to investors and provide a state of the company and his vision moving forward. Inexcusable IMO after literally a year of silence outside of ouster of Dahl.
As I noted previous, my vote for this year was withheld from Masterson. I see no value there even though she runs biotech ventures .... as far as I know, hasn't invested in ZIVO. She hasn't bought or owned ZIVO with the exception of forced cashless exercise of expiring warrants. ZIVO needs engaged directors that can open doors and be part of moving this company forward in the verticals targeted. Period. It is time to move and if everyone isn't on board and contributing, need to replace with someone who can. Looking for the 8K to see those results and whatever else might have happened out of yesterday's board meeting. Still perplexed on why this was held now and seemingly in a hurried manner vs the usual October/November.
