Thank you very much! Good to get confirmation that end users know about Lightwave and went to their foundries and asked them to work with Lightwave. That means rapid adoption post PDK completion.

Was there any discussion about brokerage firms starting to cover Lightwave? It is difficult to cover pre revenue companies, but it happens in biotech.

Jeunke said, Pointed out that industry discussions on photonics started in earnest when his photonics roadmap in 2016. Since than discussions started on pro’s and con’s of such materials as lithium niobate, barium titanate, dielectric and polymers. The pro’s for polymers growing in industry awareness and appreciation. Current panel discussions at EPIC ( Poet, LWLG and EPIC) centered around question if the global photonics industries hybridisation activity needed more ( PDK) standardisation and it’s own foundry to drive scale and acceleration of market penetration. LWLG well positioned in any value chain configuration ( with CMOS) : UBIQUITOUS.

Wow just Wow!! sounds like ole Proto has had it right all along!! YES, it has been DEAL TIME for a long time!!!

Lebby has LWLG in tons of CONDITIONAL DEALS for many years now and it is ALL coming to fruition for MASS COMMERCIALIZATION as soon as the Foundry PDK's are complete!!!

Here's something Investors need understand, and that is that LWLG HAS BEEN in the Design-In Cycle of MANY Tier 1's under NDA's for several years now, and Investors already know that LWLG was doing testing in THEIR SYSTEMS as far back as late 2020, but these were boutique style prototypes, not mass produced in a large Foundry, so CONDITIONAL DEALS are almost certainly in place for when the high volume production at Foundries is readied by the completion of the PDK's which Lebby has told Investors would complete in at LEAST 2 Foundries in 2H22, at this point the MASS COMMERCIALIZATION begins in earnest!!

$6 PPS <-------- ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!

PPS GOING TO BE WAY NORTH OF $100 PPS "WHEN THIS ROLLS" EASY PEASY !!!!

--> Many Tier 1's late in Design-In Cycle currently Piloting in THEIR SYSTEMS, Licensing Agreements forthcoming in 2022/2023

--> 5 Foundries in process, Tech Transfer Agreements with up-fronts by the end of 2022

--> Russell inclusion on June 24, 2022

Why? Well let's just do some quick back of envelope math, here,

2022 Transceiver TAM is about $20 Billion

per Lebby, the Modulator can range from 20-30% (low) to 80-90% (high) of the Transceiver BOM

LWLG is SO HUGELY DISRUPTIVE it would be priced close to high end of that range

Ok, so let's be super conservative despite the FACT that LWLG's technology is TONS THE BEST of anything/everything out there it should logically get about 99% of the market!!

So, let say 50% of Transceiver Market 2022 at $20 Billion and use 70% for the LWLG Modulator, so the simple math and LWLG Revenue is CONSERVATIVELY at $7 Billion

So with LWLG's TEEENY TINY cost structure and 110 million O/S shares the PPS number would conservatively be a MIND BOGGLINGLY HIGH NUMBER

SHORTS LISTEN UP!!!

SHORTS your daze to COVER are SHORT!!!!
now 20+ MILLION SHARES SHORT!!!!

Investors need to understand that LWLG's product cost will be a TINY fraction of the REVENUE, a couple of ounces of LWLG's secret sauce can create 10's of thousands of devices!!

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE TITLE OF SLIDE 35!!!!

"Volume Scale with Silicon Foundries with Timelines"

Lebby just gave Investors GUIDANCE on VOLUME SCALE PRODUCTION at FOUNDRIES on Slide 35 !!!!

Lebby's GUIDANCE is that VOLUME SCALE PRODUCTION at FOUNDRIES will begin at TWO Foundries in 2H22 and at THREE more Foundries in 2H22 to 1H23 !!!!!!

Means small operation , small asset base and high ROI ( high P/E multiple). Main focus building and protecting growing patent portfolio.

Then he says they may participate in founding a dedicated wafer fabrication facility.

Do you have any idea what it costs to build and equip a wafer fab?

The two statements are mutually exclusive.

Of course they want to protect their patents as a main focus.

They will need that when they move to “plan B” as a patent troll.

Thank you Jeunke!! I was surprised to read that some foundries approached them, although that shouldn't surprise me ... Lebby did say that customers were approaching them so that could also mean foundries

Jeunke, excellent and much appreciated synopsis. Maybe you can take over for MZ.

My question is why can’t the Company put out a shareholder letter more or less saying what you did? Why do investors and the market have to wait for a shareholder to summarize a dinner conversation?

Does ML at all get that he needs to improve shareholder communications? Your post told me more about where we are than anything coming out of the company. I simply don’t get it.

I did take note that in both of your posts discussing the conference panel session, you excluded any mention of AYAR’s(Mark Wade) participation in that panel… I guess they weren’t discussed at all during dinner???
