Thanks Invest. I am not a weightlifter (although everything feels as heavy as sheet these days - prob my age) but my diet seems to parallel yours. So you are probably getting about 25 to 35 mg more zinc than I. I am also a little lower on my D3 intake - 50 mcg a day.
I also make sure to take 500 mg of bioflavanoids with my vit C.
My wife also gives me sheet when I say that we must be immune since we have not contracted Covid.
Good recipe for good health, IMO. Resembles my diet in content. Wife and I engaged an ex-Marine who has put us on a varied weight-lifting, stretching program to maintain flexibility. Try some Cholula hot sauce for extra bite.
