Thanks for your input HD. I also don't know the exact procedure/non-public aspects with UK NICE. Going off of Study's recap of the NICE meeting, I'll go with £24,821 per QALY, which seemed like the middle of the ground model (3% MO effect, and 10 year waning). Not sure what happens if this is the model they settle on given the £20,000 limit. It's close enough where it seems kind of non-sensical to reject/not recommend without giving Amarin the option to lower the price to make up the difference. Very roughly, if Amarin requested £173/month in the first meeting, and say £160/month in the latest one (studythosestocks estimated a 7% reduction from the initial price), then another discount to £128/month should get us through.
