I do not say I fully analyzed (understand) the UK process but:
- I think NICE recommendation is not binding but usually followed
- Unless something (first of all the requested price: £173 per pack of 120 capsules) was change since the last draft guidance I expect a "Icosapent ethyl is not recommended" since "£34,067 per QALY" vs "an acceptable ICER would be below £20,000 per QALY"
