WADR, this post is all conjecture, and is not supported by any factual evidence....I have posted the POR 7 link for the board to read, and make appropriate comments as to its contents, specifically page 20, paragraph 2..... now this document is worth reading, because it is official, and sanctioned by all parties to the agreement... please, if you disagree with this document, then make your assertion why you do not agree, and hire a lawyer to challenge it....messages on this board do not carry any official force to change law, as decreed by the court concerning closing of the WMI chapter 11...Lodas

WADR, again in your posts, you use the words "I believe", and "In my view", which are in direct contradiction of what the legally adjudicated POR 7 states , by signatures of all parties involved with the production of this document....the POR does not care about your view, or assumptions, not what you believe, IT IS THE LAW, WHICH WAS AGREED UPON......again, this is not a personal attack on you, but you continually seek to rewrite POR 7 to suit what you think it should be, or the inequities contained within this document....can you agree that all that matters at this time that it is the law as signed by the judge... if you do not agree with it, then get it overturned... you certainly have a right to express your opinion, but giving your views in DIRECT CONTRADICTION OF ESTABLISHED LAW is misleading to those who read this board....why not quote the actual text of the POR 7, then say why you disagree?...still to this day, YOU HAVE NEVER QUOTED ANYTHING CONCERNING THE POR 7, BUT WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT WHAT IT SHOULD BE....Lodas
