Diamond, your question of timing...well that is something that has constantly eluded everyone...at least, everyone that would make public comments. So, let's take a look at what we can handicap.

1) All those years ago when agreements, deals, and others were made it would have been impossible for even people in the know to know dates many years into the future

2) However, people in the know would have known certain actions that must take place before the very end and one of those would have been known on the (ED) Effective Date of March 19, 2012, and that was WMILT needed to be dissolved at some point years into the future

3) People in the know would have also known nothing can be dispursed before WMILT is legally dissolved and the certificate filed in the state of Delaware

4) So, now that we are past the point of WMILT we are kind of in unchartered territory in terms of actions happening other than the FDIC R needs to be released, resolved, and terminated

5) Unless our legal team sold us out and I do not believe they did, then there would have to be something to force the players to move ahead otherwise they would continue with endless delays ensuring we never received what was agreed to years ago

6) We all hope distributions are not tied to the ultimate resolution of the FDIC R otherwise, this could be years and if it was then this would be tantamount to being sold out...again, I do not believe this happened

7) For EXAMPLE, I believe distributions must happen no later than six months post WMILT being legally dissolved (12/31/2021) or something similar to this example

8) Remember, even your utility bill has repercussions if certain actions are not handled before a certain date, so to imagine a case where potentially billions of dollars are at stake and there is no concrete distribution date then this would be the same as being sold out

9) In my view, there is NO DOUBT there is some form of drop-dead date and/or action that MUST happen or repercussions are in store and there is no way the PERPS will let repercussions, in this case, happen
