NS7, you ask good questions, that at least to me, don't have obvious answers.

The only thing that I can think of quickly, is that they either have some specific information or evidence only pertaining to Healthnet, or they think that if they make an example of Healthnet that all the others will follow obeying the dictates of the verdict. But those are just guesses. I assume Amarin has the exact the answers to your questions.

Maybe it was easy to target them as their only coverage is in California? They are now changing names to Ambetter from Healthnet.

N7. the idea is to get one insurer to change its policies and then to use that... to pressure the rest to do the same .

My understanding is that the way HealthNet does their PA ( prior authorization ) its makes it clear ( TG level for instance )wether the script is for the Marine indication VHTG or not .

Their tier rating also induces infringement by placing the generic V at a lower tier the brand V
