Question for the board.
What is the purpose of the lawsuit against Health Net? They are not the only insurance company carrying gv at a lower tier than Vascepa. If the purpose of the suit was to force formularies to change, wouldn't all infringing insurers be included in the action? I can't imagine that Amarin intends to file suit against all of them individually in order to force compliance.
What relief would a settlement provide? That could alter the formulary of an individual insurer. I don't see much value in that.
