Simply incredible how much of your blood sweat and tears you have put into this for us all.

It is an extremely tall order to have the courts overturn DU’s decision on the grounds set forth (even though I wholeheartedly agree with the arguments brought forth in your briefs and anyone following Amarin see clearly the judge’s errors and the defendant’s obvious fraudulent acts) but we at least can address the courts with our grievances and Hope justice can still be served.

You have done a Herculean act for all of us here and we are truly grateful and appreciative regardless of the outcome.

Please let us know what resources you need for preparing for the February hearing and this “village” of investors will come through for you.

Congratulations again and Feb can’t get here fast enough.

Marjac, the court's handling of the AMRN original appeal puzzled me. Received an accelerated review and hearing. Then our attorney appeared to be bushwhacked by the judges. The decision was sent out shortly after the hearing.

Your hearing also appears to be on a fast track. If you are also bushwhacked, it would be a great disappointment, of course.

What I cannot understand is what purpose is served by the court using this approach? Why use the court's limited resources and time to listen to oral arguments, then issues\ what appeared to be a prepared ahead response in short order?

Know you have a lot going on right now, and these questions may be a distraction. Please stick to your priorities over my curiosity.
