Bingo, I have have been saying this for weeks:

"Also, it sounds like South Richmond Realty owns the property. "

Sounds like? They do own it, like I said for weeks!

Claims that the parish owned the property were fake news. Like I said they were.

"How does South Richmond Realty come into this? A company that I can't find through a Google search. "

I found them as the top #1 hit using Bing to search for the real 62 acre site owner, that IFUS once owned per 2009-2010 filings and sold years ago, I found it on Bing in 10 seconds.

Right here using Bing search:

South Richmond Realty Co in Staten Island, New York - Real ...
https://licensee.io/real-estate/109906604-south-richmond-realty-co-ny

Dec 19, 2020 · South Richmond Realty Co is a licensed real estate principal office in Staten Island, New York and is in the business of real estate transactions in Richmond County of New York. Licensed real estate professionals / entities are also commonly referred to as real estate …

Google search is old school and useless these days.

IFUS is not buying the property, so who cares "And what is the purported sale price? "

I hear the market value is close to $900,000. That means ACRA investments is not some one to screw with? Deep pockets....After all they bought and cancelled a $650,000 IFUS Judgement debt already just for some never convertible to common shares minority control preferred voting shares?

The boot brothers screwed up big time. Their loss.....

"I would think any arrangement to buy the property would be made with Civic Source or even Police Jury."

"Think"? No, consult with a state of LA., Property law attorney please" Like I did.

"Not some outside realty firm that may or may not exist. "

I posted the proof they exist above. This is no "May Not" there is only does exist .

They own and lease property. $$$$$$ Big time property real estate firm. Not a sales firm.

I have said this is not the law of the state for weeks.

"I would think any arrangement to buy the property would be made with Civic Source or even Police Jury."

One does not buy something from an entity that does not own it.

ACRA can buy the land from the real own listed in the PR, become the de-facto owner and pay the back taxes in days. Or the real owner can pay the back taxes first. That is state law in that state.

I tried to tell everyone for a month that the fake news claims, claiming the Parish Police owned the 62 acres was not true.

Now the market knows I was right all along.

"Also, it sounds like South Richmond Realty owns the property."

Yep, just I said!!!!
