You're taking my statement out of context again. As I already explained, I was pointing out that the sentence was inferring the ownership was under South Richmond Realty. Until I see something different, I stand by the fact that the Police Jury is listed as owner. And prior to their ownership, Adair Asset management was owner of record.
It's a muddled mess. And it's a muddled mess because someone failed to pay their real estate taxes. One doesn't fail to pay their taxes for years unless they're in severe financial difficulties.
Now, we're hearing from the company a story of redemption. If what they're saying is true, we'll know shortly and we can move on from there.
