My statement was meant to indicate the wording is ambiguous on the matter since nowhere does it show either South Richmond Realty or Guglieri owning the property.
As I said, there are still too many holes in the story and until the matter is settled and on record at the assessor's office or I get confirmation from the sources I've been in contact with, I'll continue to seek answers.
